Please carefully review our shipping and delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. 

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 3–5 working days for production plus delivery times.

We offer various shipping options.

Orders over £100 automatically receive free courier delivery to UK addresses (not including Northern Ireland)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

All times given for delivery of products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we only deliver to the UK but hope to offer international shipping in the future.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at .

Busy periods/ Unexpected disruption to service

Delivery times and estimates may vary during busy times. It is best to keep an eye on the couriers’ websites for any major delays expected.

Busy Periods

We recommend that, if you are ordering for a specific date or occasion (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day), you allow 5–7 working days for production plus delivery times.


In November and December, please allow 7–10 days for production plus delivery times. The Christmas cut-off date will be at 11.59pm UK time on 11th December.

Strikes / Weather / Unexpected disruptions

For planned strikes we recommend adding 2–3 days for delivery onto the normal delivery times. This applies to all the courier services, even if it is just one that is striking as the other courier services get overwhelmed during this time.  

If there are any unexpected disruptions (e.g. snow, power failure), then we will make an announcement on our site.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours’ in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address is correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours’, please get in touch with us at with your order number.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund items that have not arrived as a result of a typo in the delivery address. Please make sure to check the details carefully when ordering.
