What is your returns policy?

Given that our products are produced on demand, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.

Please only place orders you are absolutely sure about and refer to our size guide to find the best fit!

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items or for orders deemed as lost. 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if you received a wrong or damaged product! Please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items as well as your order number within 14 days of receiving the order. We’ll then sort this out for you as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check out our size guides in the product description section within each listing.
